🏡 House Rules Please be advised that booking with us is a binding agreement. You hereby authorize Airbnb to charge for any House Rules violation(s). Please read over these rules so you are aware. ✅ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a $150 per guest penalty. Please speak to us if you want to allow a visitor for a short period of time. ✅ NOISE & DISTURBANCES We have a noise monitoring device that enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This means no music or loud conversation after 10 pm. Guests will receive a notification if noise levels exceed the limit. If this occurs more than twice in one night, guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund. If guests tamper with the devices or disconnect the WiFi, a $350 reset fee will be applied. If neighbors call the police due to excessive noise, a $1,000 fine will be applied. Please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. ✅ NO SMOKING/VAPING OR USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES No smoking of any kind or vaping – inside the house or anywhere on property. There property has a smoking detector. If guests violates this house rule, they will be asked to immediately check out with no refund. Leaving behind a smoky odor costs $500 for us to clean. If there is any evidence of use of any illegal substances inside the house or any part of the property, it will result in a $2,000 penalty. 🐶 PET POLICY We are pet-friendly! The fee is $100, and maximum of 2 pets only. Any undeclared pet will result in a $200 per pet, per night penalty. 📦 NO DELIVERIES We do not allow packages or mail deliveries to the house. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels sent to the property. ✅ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES Please respect check-in and check-out times. Early check-ins and late check outs are not allowed unless authorized. Guests who "Overstay" past 11:30 am unauthorized are trespassing, will be removed, and pay a mandatory $350 daily base rate for unauthorized the overstay (without discounts). Overstays are considered trespassing, and does not award you possession of the property. ✅ AGE REQUIREMENT The primary renter must be at least 18 years old. ✅ ID VERIFICATION For security purposes, we may request a photocopy of the primary renter’s ID before check-in. ✅ PROPERTY ACCESS & MAINTENANCE This is a private property, and the host reserves the right to access the home for necessary maintenance or repairs. Guests may not refuse maintenance personnel if scheduled during their stay. Denying access may result in a $500 penalty, as we incur a service call fee even if no work is performed. ✅ FIRE SAFETY Never overload electrical outlets, run extension cords under rugs, or leave cooking appliances unattended. ✅ PROPERTY SECURITY & DAMAGE Ensure that all garage doors, windows, and vehicles are locked at night. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle. ✅ACCIDENTS Host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain during your stay. ✅ PARKING 2 parking passes are provided and must be displayed on the dashboard. If you fail to return the passes, you will be asked to "send" them back at your expense

Highly recommend!!!! We stayed here for 15 days with our two cats over Thanksgiving - it was spotless and squeaky clean, and all of the appliances and furniture were like new and very trendy! This unit has a ton of natural light and overlooks a pine tree forest across the street. We felt right at home immediately. Despite being basically right on the NAU campus, the apartments were generally very quiet, we got parking right in front of the unit and rarely saw other tenants. The only noise we heard, and this is really my only issue with this location specifically, is that the floors are super thin, so you can hear every step of the upstairs tenants - and the tenants were not trying to be quiet either. Luckily they were only loud and practicing their marching band routine during normal daylight hours and quieted down around 7 or 8. Not a deal breaker, but if you have jumpy pets might be something to consider! Hosts were amazing - communicative and very responsive! Thanks for a great stay

We stayed 2 nights in Shashi’s place. Beautiful location, close to NAU. Comfortable beds and very clean. We would be happy to stay there again on future trips to Flagstaff.
