House Rules Please be advised that booking with us is a binding agreement. You hereby authorize Airbnb or other booking platform to charge for any House Rules violation(s). Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This means no music or loud conversation after 10 pm. $350 security charge if security is required to visit. No partying or excessive noise Guests will vacate the premises immediately if a party and/or excessive noise occurs – and charged $350 (security charge). No unregistered people >All guests need to be present at the time of check in. >No visitors are allowed on the property unless already approved. >Capacity is four adults + two children or five adults + one child. However, the number of people that you have been approved for on your reservation is the total number of people that can be in the property. >For each guest that enters the premises more than what's on the reservation the reservation will end with no refund and there will be a $350 security fee. Check-Out Check out time is 10:00 am, but if authorized late check out can be 11:30 am. Late check outs are not allowed unless authorized. You can only check out late if authorized, via platform messaging. If we authorize a late check out in advance, your late check out fee will be $35. If you ask for a late check out on the same day as check out, the "same day authorized" check out fee will cost $40. Late check outs are not guaranteed. Unauthorized late check outs (staying past 10:00 am) without permission is a $150 security fee until 11:30 am. Guests who "Overstay" past 11:30 am unauthorized are trespassing will be removed, have car towed, and pay a mandatory $350 daily base rate for unauthorized the overstay (without discounts). Overstays are considered trespassing, and does not award you possession of the property. Noise monitor To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay, the property has a noise monitor (but does not record sound). There is a $200 reset fee if the guest disconnects the device Safety and Security The apartment has a decibel meter. There is a $350 reset fee if the guest disconnects the device or WiFi. No smoking or vaping >No smoking of any kind or vaping -- including on the balcony, landings or anywhere on property. >There property and balcony has a smoking detector. >Guests will be asked to immediately check out with no refund. >Leaving behind a smoky odor costs $500 for us to clean. Smoking Detector If guests tamper, disconnect, or cover the smoke detector, a $350 reset and inspection fee will be applied. Pets One pet (dog or cat) is allowed for a $125 pet fee, if requested, authorized, and paid on the date of booking. The guest is required to message the host on the date of booking and confirm that their dog won't be left in the unit or balcony unattended and will curb their pet off property. The guest agrees to pay the $175 sterilization and cleaning fee if the dog soils the bed or sofa. The guest agrees to pay a $185 manager visit fee if the pet is left in the unit or balcony unattended. The guest agrees to pay $350 per pet for unauthorized pets. The guest agrees to pay the host the fees above if a violation occurs and have Airbnb cancel the reservation for any of the above House Rules violations with no refund. Minors Minors cannot be left in the unit or leave the unit unattended. This includes the pool and gym etc. Mail No packages or mail can be sent here. Furniture Guests may not bring in air mattresses or rearrange our furniture Park To avoid getting towed please do not park in tandem or handicap / fire parking spaces. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. A Clean Home is a Happy Home If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required. No Shoes indoors Please Our property is consistently rated as squeaky clean, and keeping shoes at the door helps. No Flames No open flames includes candles. Accidents Host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain during your stay. Please turn off the AC Please turn off the air and lights when you leave. This was by far one of my favorite stays in Flag. It was better than the description and such a peaceful and easily accessible unit. I will definitely be rebooking for my future trips. When I checked out, I also left some jewelry and the host and cleaners made an effort to get in contact with me quickly which means a lot bc they were important to me. Five stars!

Beautiful 2 BR, 2 BA apartment. It appears to be brand new. Shashi was great to work with—very responsive and proactive. The property was just a mile away from lots of restaurants and breweries in downtown Flagstaff, but was nestled in a very quiet part of the city. Just a short walk from NAU.
