In compliance with local laws and regualtions, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages. 2. For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking or vaping is allowed and absolutely no illicit substances are allowed on the premises. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any smoking in the home. 3. In compliance with local regualtions and for the comfort of our nighbours, quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 pm. 4. While we strive to ensoure all amenities are available during your stay, mechanical and electrical issues can occasionally occur and we always do our very best to remedy them as quickly as possible. In the rare event that an amenity becomes unavailable, we will provide reasonable compensation as follows, based on the length of the outage and impact on your stay. Appliances: 10% refund of the average daily rate per day Pool: 10% refund per day the pool is not operational Wifi: unfortunately internet outages are completely outside of our control and as such we do not provide refunds for internet outages unless of course it is our fault. However, generally this will be a number of hours and not days. Please report any issues immediately so that we can address them promptly. thank you

This is a gated community with a mix of Canadians, Americans, Ticos and few other nationalities. There is one restaurant (right on the beach). It is a very friendly community where everyone knows each other.

La estadía estuvo perfecta, el lugar muy lindo con todas las comodidades que uno quiere tener muy moderno el mobiliario, habían paños de playa, la limpieza del lugar fue impecable además tiene un súper muy cerca, el lugar es muy tranquilo por lo que vimos desde el balcón lapas, cabras y venados!! Muy lindo lugar!! Muchas Gracias por la atención.

El apartamento es muy hermoso, espacioso y cómodo, tiene todo lo que se necesita (cocina, baño, sábanas, paños). Además el condominio donde se ubica tiene instalaciones muy lindas, la piscina también y hay una playa muy cerca del apartamento. La comunicación con Sashi fue perfecto, siempre muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos. No tenemos ninguna queja, definitivamente volveríamos

Excelente el lugar, muy buena ubicación y las amenidades están muy cerca. El lugar es tal y como se describe en la publicación y el ambiente es muy bonito por el tipo de personas que están en el lugar y los diferentes ambientes siempre limpios y en excelente estado y atención. Fuimos atendidos muy bien por don Edwin con una comunicación excelente con Shashi y con don Edwin.

El hospedaje era tal como se anunciaba, todo estaba demasiado limpio. El lugar es muy calmo y seguro. Salí a pasear a mi mascota por la noche y pude observar 5 venados en el terreno del frente. Al amanecer y atardecer pudimos observar lapas sobre volar el alojamiento. Había acceso directo a la playa. La comunicación con Sashi fue excelente, era muy atenta y respondió muy rápido. Sin duda volveríamos.

El apartamento una belleza, súper cómodo. Nos encantó la seguridad y privacidad dentro de los Delfines. Mis chicos salían del apartamento y nos quedábamos tranquilos porque siempre vimos gente amable y además servicio de vigilancia. La playa muy limpia, el restaurante una delicia. Era posible trasladarse a pie a la playa y en el camino ver monos y venados. Un sitios de fácil acceso para poder conocer otras playas. Recomendamos a los visitantes si van con adolescentes conocer la Reserva Curú y en especial playa Quesera. Definitivamente volveríamos 😊

Golf carts can be rented to get around the grounds (contact us to help you arrange if interested). Car rental can be arranged from the airport and can be used to travel to the nearby popular towns of Montezuma and Santa Teresa. Cobano is also closeby to pick up supplies/full groceries (25 min)
