We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines: 1. In compliance with local laws and regualtions, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages. 2. For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking or vaping is allowed and absolutely no illicit substances are allowed on the premises. In compliance with local regualtions and for the comfort of our nighbours, quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 pm. 4. While we strive to ensoure all amenities are available during your stay, mechanical and electrical issues can occasionally occur and we always do our very best to remedy them as quickly as possible. In the rare event that an amenity becomes unavailable, we will provide reasonable compensation as follows, based on the length of the outage and impact on your stay. Appliances: 10% refund of the average daily rate per day Wifi: unfortunately internet outages are completely outside of our control and as such we do not provide refunds for internet outages unless of course it is our fault.
